[General] Bigger apartments in Dublin

Yay, more family-friendly apartments in Dublin. This was voted by the city councillors to accept the new regulations :

Dublin City Council is to introduce new regulations compelling developers to increase apartment sizes by up to 25pc and make them "family-friendly".

The prices will still be a bit pricey, but given the slowdown of the whole property market here in Dublin, I hope the prices for these apartments will be priced as reasonably as it can. Are we on the next step to be more like other European cities that build larger apartments to cater for families instead of single professionals? Well, I hope so.
