So reminds me of the ringing up Eircom about BB for home down in Limerick. Chasing them up was no fun at the time, but was amusing that I went through this voice system for channeling you through to the right person (if you are lucky). Don't you find yourself sounding stupid...

me : "O..N..E.."
eircom : "You have chosen 1 ... (blah blah blah)

Why do we all think we should be shouting into the phone reciever, really ennunciating each word?
